The only constant is change (and aphorisms). Below is an update regarding incentives through the Home Performance with ENERGY STAR program:
All measures under the Home Performance with ENERGY STAR program must be installed by December 31, 2011. Incentive requests for these projects must be received by January 30, 2012 in order to be eligible for payment.
Seeking third-party performance testing will always make sense regardless of the status of incentives.
